MOTHERHOOD IS A FULL-TIME JOB

Yes, being a mother is a full time job, even with just one. And it is a real job.

To be a mother you are on watch 24 hours a day for the protection of your children. You are a nutritionist, in getting them the right foods to eat and a healthy way of exercising (through vigorous play). You are a nurse, in making sure their boo boos are taken care of and their health checked by the proper physicians. You are a psychologist, in that your instill in them healthy doses of self-esteem and make sure their questions about life are answered in appropriate fashion. You are an educator, in that you monitor their school studies and you guide them through age appropriate lessons for their future as an adult. You are a banker, in which you find the funds to care for them, and invest in their future. You are a maid, in which you take care of their home and make sure it is safe and comfortable for them. You are a chauffeur in that you get them to where they need to go when they need to be there. You are a drill Sargent in that your instill in them the disciplines that will make them balanced and acceptable to society.

A mother is all of these things and more for all of her children. And this did not even include a role model. All real, all full-time.

It's a labor of love without benefits like pay and health care, but it is the most important job on the face of the Earth.


Nobody realises how hard being a mother is until they become one!

No, being a mother is not a real job. how it is a real job ? it is also not a great job and also as you said it is not a biggest job. it is also not a full time job.

But,


it is a noble service. uncomparable service. a service without any expectation. duty bound. Mother.. tears rolls down my cheek...
she laughs, when we laugh.
she feels much...when we feels slightly... that is mother.

when i fell sick...i am unable to take food.. Believe me, she never took food until my intake. i slept, she never slept. that is mother.

All mothers are like my mother only. A noblest creation by the God.
see, she bears in her stomach. she bears all happiness and sad, joy and sorrows until her last breathe.

you will be surprised when i deny initially the jobs of the mother. job means a work with expectation or reward, or payment. so, i denied all.

Being a mother is 24/7/365. 

Being a mother is one of the most rewarding, yet difficult jobs on the planet.
